Deadpool (2016)

Saw this movie Friday. Forgot to post.

9 out of 10. Very enjoyable film.

As someone else said, the jokes keep coming and it gets to be a bit too much towards the end. Taking pot-shots at himself (Ryan Reynolds) and Fox, however, was very...entertaining. 🙂

Definitely see this. Just relax and enjoy the fun. Don't think too much.

Gonna check it in the next few days...cant wait!

Kinda afraid that the hungarian dub wont work that well.
Usually they get the marvel stuff right though..

Yes. Burn it down. Put the poor people out of their misery that are fooled into going to see this train wreck of a movie.

One thing that was strange to me in this film, but I am not sure if there is merit to it or if it was just me, was Deadpool's face. It just seemed to look worse to me initially

His rant, which can be read on Facebook, starts by discussing a Hollywood executive that said this about Deadpool’s success:

“The film has a self-deprecating tone that’s riotous. It’s never been done before. It’s poking fun at Marvel. That label takes itself so seriously, can you imagine them making fun of themselves in a movie? They’d rather stab themselves.“

James Gunn takes huge issue with this, saying that people said the exact same thing about his own movie Guardians of the Galaxy. And Ant-Man. And Iron Man.

He thinks that the smell of money is going to end up blinding the executives:

“So, over the next few months, if you pay attention to the trades, you’ll see Hollywood misunderstanding the lesson they should be learning with Deadpool. They’ll be green lighting films “like Deadpool” – but, by that, they won’t mean “good and original” but “a raunchy superhero film” or “it breaks the fourth wall.” They’ll treat you like you’re stupid, which is the one thing Deadpool didn’t do.”

There was soo many kids between 5-10 when I saw this movie.... With their parents

I went alone.....there were only 6 people in the theater.

There was a dude who was roughly 25-27 he was watchin it with his phuckin grandma.....haermm
