That was a rather sad attempt at back peddling.

It was a pathetic attempt, imo

I also like that he's gone from "it was ok" to "it stunk" in a matter of just a few butthurts, swayed so easily

Billy Campbell for Cable.

Finally saw this tonight. It was alright. Had some great one liners and funny parts. My favorite part was when he was punching Colossus and breaking things. Not one of my favorites, but it was enjoyable enough.

Ok is stink to me. I have high standards unlike yourself.

Deadpool surpasses the half-billion mark with $512,958,918, making almost 10x its investment cost and it's only been out 12 days.

Yeah, this film didn't flop 😂

Deadpool will probably flop. Looks like shit. Ryan Reynolds fails often. It will happen again IMO.

It's about to out gross Ant-Man in the next few days. Ant-Man was a safe bet with the MCU backing and a "cheap" budget which was still more than double that of Deadpool's.

Yeah what a shitty idea and what a failure Reynolds is and what a flop 😂

Read it's expected to hit well over 600, so it's pretty much a guarantee the studios will not only be looking at making more R-rated comic flicks, but likely risking higher budgets going forward. Win/win imo.

Lol, yeah. Reynolds' isnt ia very good actor, but he nailed this character/role.

For sure, it's already been reported that Fox is going to have to shell out considerable more money to both Reynolds and Miller(should they want him to direct part2). That aside, they'll throw more into production.

They'll get whatever budget they want for the next one. They only had a small budget for this one because it was seen as a risky project. It's no longer a risk being the most profitable X-Men movie to date.

So, probably in the minority but I didn't really like it. I mean, it's okay...I'd say it's a 7 or 6.5 out of 10. Some of the humor was funny but I found I wasn't laughing or even smiling most of the time. Maybe I waited too long and had higher expectations...
