The Avengers win, but it would be very hard. It also depends on who fights who as well.

Depends on Captain Universe.

But Annihilators definitely have the speed advantage, so I'd go with them for the majority.

The whole "Universe" talk is retarded in Captain Universe's case. If it is indeed Eternity, then it wins.

If it's the same as every other version, well we've seen Gladiator stand up to Sue amped by it, and Surfer has outright defeated it.

How the lineups are though.
Surfer beats Hulk
Quasar can hold off for a while against Hype, though would lose in the end.
Gladiator should win considering he didn't do too bad against Sue amped CU, and Sue is pretty powerful.
Thor beats Ronan
Beta beats Iron Man
Nova can hold out for a while to sadly the least against BM

Which leaves at best
Surfer, Gladiator, Beta Ray, Nova

Vs

Hyperion, Thor, Blue Marvel

At that stage it's just a numbers advantage.

That's some severe favorable matchups with no grounds in comics, nor in the way the lineups are. Though lol at Hulk being matched up with Ronan.

Annihilators win.

Surfer vs Thor - most powerful on either team. Long stalemate.
Ronan vs Iron Man - weakest of both team. Ronan takes him out pretty easy.
Beta Ray Bill vs Cap Universe - BRB would eventually take this. BRB is just as powerful and has far better feats.
Gladiator vs Blue Marvel - stalemate
Nova vs Hyperion - Nova out fights him thanks to experience and the World Mind.
Quasar vs Hulk - Quasar space dumps him or just just his gamma energies.

Surfer is probably the fastest in the field AND he can just drain Hulk in seconds.

Why he will not just go for it when fight starts ?

Avengers win. The last time Annihilators minus Surfer fought a pretty weaksauce Avengers team and they still couldn't win. A lot of heavyweights in Avengers seal it for me. Not to mention Thor cancels outs Surfer pretty nicely.
