I don't know what to say honestly. it just seems like the whole premise of vampires is about them lacking a soul. I wish I was well-spoken enough to convey what I'm trying to say. it just seems like the soul element would be part of any story involving vampires. your argument does seem like a stretch.

IMO, saying "it's living, so it must have a soul" is faulty reasoning/ Especially here considering Frankenstein who is in this thread was a living being without a soul as one of the plot points.
