Too close to call, depending on what powers are used I can see an argument made for 6/10 either way.

Namor for a slight edge.

This could change though because DC is really playing up Arthur's raw strength.

Well, then what has Namor done? Everything I've seen from him has been pretty arse, where as Aquaman has been on a consistent high note for the last 3 years.

I was actually going to post a few things i just found, but really? You seem kind of a smart ass.
Do some research, then come back with some comparisons. Namor over the last 10 years as opposed to Aquaman since the relaunch.
I'll keep an open mind.
