Well 6. Kind of.
Basically there's been loads of EXP events, we had 4 double EXP weekends in a row before 2.0 hit.
There was also this glitch where you could spam mobs on Ilum with an ops group of 24 people because there was bolster, going from 1 to 55 in about 2 hours, because it happened to coincide with Double EXP weekend.
So yeh I'd count 6, since I levelled 2 on Ilum.
And no, Without EXP boost it takes like 60-70, there are faster ways than class quests usually, like Spamming Kuat Drive Yards, but since this only applies to class quests that doesnt matter.
