Flight speed and running speed isn't exactly equivalent to combat speed. Sure they used speed in combat, but not to this extent:

Camera effects have no bearing on speed/long distance feats determine speed. Unless you're fine with saying Smith and Neo only move peak human in combat because their fights don't look that fast
