Hord is probably only slightly more skilled than Ragnos, as opposed to Ragnos likely being solidly stronger in the Force (and physically). I'd give Ragnos the nod against Hord in an extremely difficult fight.

Sheev is factually supreme and Valkoriate is probably number 2. The rest include Vader, Dooku, Maul, Kun, Ragnos, Plagueis, Krayt, and Vol.

Malgus is more powerful than Dooku or Maul imo. But he'd be on the lower half of the list beneath Vader, Krayt, Kun, and Plagueis

Wyyrlok shouldn't be on the list, ever. Malgus can, but lower down.

Also Nihilus is top 3 material. I get why people prefer not to count the OP bastard though.
