Black Lightning vs. Black Panther

Who wins?

Reported for racism 👇

(BL wins if this is the New Earth version)

Yeah, why is there no white character in this thread

If not specified, are threads automatically no prep, featureless environment, or poster's choice?

Yup. No prep featureless and 500m between them.

K, thanks!

Smh

Perpetuating more black on black violence

well, i'm convinced. he wins. 😐

Pretty sure I've seen BP absorb and redirect Storm's lightning back at her. I can't remember if his suit can normally do that or if he prepped for it.

If he is able to neutralize lightning, then he wins every single time.

Whats the context?
Did BP know ahead if time he'd be going up against the C Men or was this a spur of the moment thing?
Wondering if this is standard gear or, knowing his wife was a possible opponent, if he geared up accordingly...

Black Lightning Stomps.

Panther

Lightinig.

Batdude and Galan

😐

panther

Suit or no suit is a huge factor. Since no one answered wether it was standard gear or not, i went the other route and researched BL.

My conclusion:
The suit its not some sort of auto win.
BL is more than just a lightning shooter.

He can manipulate and drain bio electrical energy in others.
He can enhance his physical abilities and literally move at lightning speed.
He can convert the electricity he manipulates into OTHER forms of energy.
He can use his power indirectly to heat/melt things.
He can manipulate matter through electromagnetism.
He can locate/track people/things by their electromagnetic fields.
He can form force fields.
He can travel through electrical conduits.

Thats just the major things.
A suit designed to deal with Storm's attacks, even if standard, is not going to pose a huge problem for BL.

isn't T'Challa agile enough to evade and then punch his lights out???

Short answer: No.
