lighting and light speed are two completely different things. T'challa has survived and redirected Storm's lightning.

They're not, as I now realise 😮
However, a bolt of lightning is still pretty fast (yeah I checked this time, its about 250 thousand mph) Is Black Panther dodging things moving at THAT speed? I doubt it.
