They are obviously more durable than a real world human.
But back to the question. If T-1000 stabbed an agent - what would happen? Would the blade go through, or would he tank it like Superman?

They really aren't.
If a human could somehow make the jump in the video below, they would break both their legs and shatter their hip. That would be the minimum damage. Actually they would likely be dead.
Many other examples, but that would probably be the first feat an agent displayed.

Or take superhuman blows (Neo can jump higher than any human athlete from a kneeling position while being held in a headlock by Smith) to the face and shrug them off as love taps. Hell, even normal humans like Morpheus can withstand punching holes in brick walls with the back of their heads. Or the punch to the face from the guy who sent him through that brick wall.
The movies agree with that stupid statement.
I mean, the T-1000 should probably be able to cut an Agent, but they're far hardier than some random ****.

There are a number of examples of rl humans demonstrating similar forms of strength, and even perception ability as a Matrix agent.
An agent really isn't anymore durable than a regular human.

They aren't. The T-1000 abused the T-800 like it was child, and its blades can easily rip apart the ceiling of an elevator. There is no "probably" here; the T-1000 CAN cut through an agent and it can do so relatively easily.
Even super-Neo was confirmed as having only human level durability by the Merovingian. Same goes for agents.

Or any of the dozens of "hysterical strength" cases where a person performs a feat which is usually considered physically impossible for a human to perform.

You need to understand what context is.
Are there also some well "trained humans" that can block a blade with his hand and only suffer a small cut?
I'm sure well "trained humans" can survive the beating Neo took here as well:
Super-Neo only having human level durability? Yea this little debate is over.
A comic vs mod wouldn't allow this level of trolling.

Probably, much like how the Agent would punch the T-1000's head off its shoulders, though without a way to put the T-1000 down he should lose.

He blocked a sword with the edge of his hand in the very scene you just cited. In the next movie he gets punched through buildings and his body creates a crater in the street.
Oh yeah. "Human level" lol.

Rl humans have survived bomb blasts with worse damage output than that, though of course they were riddled with defects/dismemberment. Neo obviously couldn't die from that damage because he has administrator-lite control over the Matrix's computerized settings.

Wheels are great that way. As is being allowed to use all of your body for the feat.
Those same men who can pull trains or other incredible feats could not perform the feats Smith did.
The world record for the bench press is something like 700 pounds, and that's with weightlifting equipment and both hands. Smith one-armed a fat **** like Morpheus and sent him flying through the air and smashing a hole in a brick wall.
The world record for an standing jump is like, what? Four feet? Neo easily beat that in a compromised position.
You're wrong. 👆

The T-800 couldn't punch off the head of the T-1000, so what makes you think an Agent could?
That sword-blocking scene is the very reason why the Merovingian comments on his human durability.
Sorry, but that feat does not in any way give him MoS style durability.
Yes, human level. You're confusing the quasi-immortality of Neo/Agents in the matrix with superhuman durability. Fact is that people in fiction have performed superhuman feats despite having human-level durability. If you are only now beginning to grasp such a basic and common trope of fictional media in general, then I feel sorry for you.

There are well trained humans who won't get cut even when blocking sharp, penetrative objects with soft tissue areas of their body. Case in point; buddhist monks who have appeared on Fight Science.Rl humans have survived bomb blasts with worse damage output than that, though of course they were riddled with defects/dismemberment. Can you prove they withstood the full energy of the bomb? Because Neo took all of the kinetic energy that made that crater. Since it was his body that made it.
Are you trolling, by the way?

Now all you need to do is show me saying that he had MoS style durability.
Nothing of substance here. Go troll Supra little guy.
for the ppl saying that the Agents have human level durability; you are idiots, show me a human that can not only survive but be perfectly fine from a 20 or 30 story jump or dodge entire clips of bullets at almost point blank range? I didn't think so, now if the T1000 caught the Agent with his blades then he'd probably kill that body but since Agents can become someone else instantly, assuming there are people around because this is taking place in a city after all then the Agent would just come back for more but I don't think the T could even land any hits on an Agent really, Agent is way too fast and just as strong as the Terminator.

To pull 80 tons on a train track? Yeah, I am sure you could do the same.
That is a lie. The actual world record is 1000 lbs. Lol, WWE freaks like Big Show and Kane have one-arm javelleined a 200 lb man on more than one occasion.
The world record for a long jump is 25 feet.
Nope.

What the hell are you talking about now?
Purposefully contradicting what the movie itself tells us about their durability might as well be you claiming that they have MoS level durability. That, and the asinine "probably" regarding the T-1000's ability to cut them to pieces.
I accept your concession.

Neo did that because of a "magic trick", which is his control over the source code of the Matrix.
I am the one who is going by the movie's stance regarding their abilities unlike you and Placidity who are just making sh1t up.
