Bombs would work, thats why I added them. bullets would and should not as everything from 7.62 AR rounds to freaking 203mm Grenade Launcher fail to do any damage to Hyper Allow. heck a propane Truck explosion failed to damage Hyper Allow.

What fecking 203mm Grenade launcher ever hit the T-800 in either movie?
Murphy survived 20mm assault cannon fire from ED-209, 35mm anti armor canon shots from Robo Cain, and a fall from a skyscraper that would scrap any T-800. Oh, and he also survived junkyard scrap being dropped on him, unlike the T-600 from Salvation...

Terminator 4 Movie.
As seen T-800 tanks 2 separate 203MM attacks with no ill effects.
Also if that not impressive enough, T-800 tanks a hit from over 40 tons of Semi and propane moving over 50 MPH down a free way with only some damage to the leg joint.
T-800 is working fine after having a ton of molten metal poured on it, and then the metal hardens. T-800 busts out of it with no damage shown.
Finally Hyper Allow has shown in the movie and comics to tanks more than a few hit of super heated Plasma. The same plasma guns that disintegrate most metals on contact.
Impressive feats. Then there is also this....
Hyper allow > Murphy's bullets. Its not much of a argument really.

IIRC, it was placed right on the hip and from the previous explosions of Reese throwing the bombs, they didn't pack that huge of a punch.
Robocop ate a bullet and survived falling from a skyscraper in R2, so it might be possible he could survive a pipe-bomb of said caliber directly to the face.

Here is the scan if you like to re see it.
Its worthy to note T-800 already tanked a Semi Truck slamming into him, as well the propane explosion after that. its more than possible for there to been some wear and tear after that. However being blown apart at the joints, and still moving for the kill is impressive as well.
