I was on reddit when the whole thing went down. I had no idea what was going on and opened the original thread (it was linked). I saw a few pictures and read some of the comments and then I put together that this was not a 'nude' shoot, this was stealing private photos and posting them on the net. No different than the ex-girlfriend sites: trash. Always gives up a rapey-creepy vibe, those things.

I'm pretty sure DSM 5 covers this very topic. I think in order to get that paraphilia classification, you do not have to actually act on those fantasies: just having them, alone, is enough to get that diagnosis.
