Out of curiosity, what is leading you to that assumption? Admittedly, I'm not very well kept up on comics lately.

Not to mention that the whole deal about Rebirth is that ALL of the heroes are the same as they were Pre-Flashpoint, they just don't remember it. Somehow, the Superman are two different characters, which gets me to the above point.

Then you have the solicit of the aftermath of the crossover:

“Superman Reborn Aftermath” part two! Superman’s life has been changed, some good is back, but the bad is back as well—with a vengeance! As Superman’s allies gather to address the looming threat of Mr. Oz, another Squad seeks revenge against the Man of Steel—and you won’t believe who made the team!

Then you also account for the changed costume..

I'm 95% sure they're merging, and I really hope that's the case.

Oh wow. I haven't seen that cover or those solicits yet. I can definitely see what you are saying. Its kind of neat seeing the two Supermen drawn together. I hope they don't do away with Lois. When Wally returned, I was wondering how the two Supermen would play out.

The merged Superman should be the Authentic Superman-- the Pre-Crisis Superman with full memories of his entire history from the Golden Age, SILVER Age, Post Crisis, Post Zero Hour, Post Birthright, Post IC, And Nu52 integrated. Anything else is another continuity error AGAIN.

As predicted, Post-Crisis Superman and New 52 are literally the same guy and they've become whole again in today's issue of Action Comics.

I will be updating the thread with New 52 and DC Rebirth feats, as they're valid going forward for a single character.

Superman is outright stated to be more powerful than Hal Jordan.

It's easy to miss this, due to the fact that it's not put an emphasis on, but an astronomical durability feat.

For reference, Darkseid's sum is at this point:

- Anti-Life Equation, which when inside Steve, the eye beams have one-shotted Mobius [abstract-level power]:

Oh and Superman is providing enough power to move Earth to Dark Multiverse. Removing him from the machine stops the earth from sinking.

So just looking for chronology of Superman in OWAW, I found that Superman went to several levels

of power in one arc alone.

First, Mongul shows Superman that he is limiting his power and he needs to go all out if he wants

to beat Imperiex (Probe).

And just how powerful was one probe? Fortress Eradicator saw just imperiex probe destroy entire

galaxies and had to fly away from lightyeard of aftershocks just to get away from it.

This is notable because a planet busting, FTL monster was unable to even scratch the weakest point of the same force field at its weakest point.

Vril Dox made it clear that this is the same force field which his father used.

Not even Pulsar Stargrave, a neutron star could breach the force field.

OWAW/Apokolips Now re-established precedent what was shown through implication in te Krypton Man/Red Glass/Blaze-Satannus War/DoS waaay back in 1991/92 -- a fully unleashed Superman is multiple times more powerful than his standard Elite top tier Class 100 levels at the time, a peer to Darkseid in combat(H/P Supes for example, was nowhere near Darkseid in power), can 1-2 shot kill/destroy elite top tiers/trans(above top tier on average) tier Imperiex Probes when fully cutting loose, and is absolutely on a par with Skyfather class beings. We also saw this when he saw him match Kal-L(1/2 of Silver Age Superman) and both of them directly overpower SBP(who has Silver age levels)

I'm thinking the original Sand Superman storyline explains why SBP's still above everything -- also he knows his power levels are limited by his mind since he's an expert on Superman's continuity and therefore has no limits at peak confidence)
