T-850 Terminator vs Wolf Predator

The T-850 took a plasma attack from the T-X which seemed a lot more powerful than the Predator's plasma caster.

Those blasts damaged it tho. And even if they were more powerful the blasts the Wolf can produce will also damage the 850. Especially if hit several times

Thing is if Wolf doesn't take him out with first shot the T-850 will lock on to him.

It would knock him off his feet, or at the very least off balance. The Terminators don't have the best aim to begin with. I highly doubt he'll easily lock on to a moving invisible target while under heavy fire.

Who has thr better tech and weapons? Ummmm I would go with the Alien dude.

It's as much a description as it is a name. Just like the Terminator, it fits both characters perfectly.

There is one thing you are missing though, the terminators were actually called that by the characters within the movies, the predators never were.
