Thanks man, things I have learn that helped me in the past and still help me to this day. I can't tell you how much just the right pillow can help towards a good night sleep.
For people that have sleep problems, its really needed to have all the right things in place to get that good night sleep.
Another huge problem that lcd screens put out is blue light. The blue light wave length actually wakes you back up. So if its midnight, and you on a computer or phone close to you eyes, it actually makes your brain think its morning and time to wake up.
There is a program called f.lux that can take the blue light out of your computer later on in the day to help you go to sleep.
could possibly be a magnesium deficiency. maybe try cal-mag-zinc pills as a suppliment (follow the suggested dosage as you can actually do harm to yourself from taking too much) and see if that works.
yeah i know "lol @ bashar the internet doctor", but google 'magnesium deficiency insomnia' and see for yourself.
