Look in comicbooks martial arts can be like a superpower it just depends on how skillful the character is. If Batman got punched in the face by WW and said that he used a martial art technique I wouldn't have a problem with it. Comicbooks don't have to fit the real world but they still have rules.
Batman does not have class 100 durability. Why does he have a suit? Because he's not bulletproof, so he's not bulletproof but he can take a full force punch from WW? You're talking about suspension of belief, which I agree with. Anyone with a high school background in biology would scoff at the idea that random tweaks in your DNA allows you to control the weather, or magnets, for example. We accept it, because we suspend our belief for comic fiction.
Batman is said to be 'only human'. But the very concept of Batman demands that we have to switch common sense off, otherwise he dies on his first night out lol.
IOW, EVERYTHING about Batman is PIS, if you want to apply 'common sense'.
The alternative is to say, well, these are his feats. They happened. Just like a biologist would be tearing their hair out over mutants, or well, ANY comic character, lol.
Batman has multiple feats vs class 100s. Hell, he has multiple showings against WW post flashpoint alone, lol.
We need to stop seeing him as 'just human' - your analogy with lightspeed in Marvel is a very good one. Just as we have seen multiple instances of characters exceeding lights peer, so we have multiple instances of Batman being more than human.

You might as well declare that EVERY time a speedster in Marvel exceeds lightspeed, it's PIS.... Because Marvel have said it's impossible to exceed lightspeed.

There's no way he can train the way he does. Olympic level marathon running, gymnastics, weightlifting, sprinting all in one package, whilst being able to hold multiple degrees in engineering, forensic science etc, whilst being fluent in multiple languages, whilst mastering multiple martial arts, whilst being a party animal like Paris Hilton etc etc....
The entirety of Batman is PIS. No human can do what he does, EVERY night. Therefore, let's ignore all of his feats as per your logic.
Writers don't care about power levels or common sense. So they give him those feats. Battle boards rely on those feats. So they count.
Otherwise, it's PIS that Marvel characters can exceed lightspeed.
All this is a red herring anyway. Still not seen anything saying Cap can detect Batman and dodge his attacks.
