With gadgets, I'd give it to bats.

shang has good skills. but, dont you think batman, has just higher stats? can his higher stats make up for the skill gap. which isnt big if any in the first place?

I would actually argue that their physical gap isn't as large as their straight h2h gap.

Batman, more skilled, stronger, faster, smarter.

its 127 but it doesnt really matter the number. their overall skill level seems preety even

skill wise they are almost even, id give the edge to shang chi probably but bats physical stats are better so roughly equal skill + superior physical stats gives this win to batman

SHang stomps. He's better in all ways.

Are people forgetting Shang can amp himself with Chi?
