He wasn't calm at all. The whole point of that entire arc was that Banner/Hulk were as angry as he had ever been at Stark just about. In fact Waid even suggested in an interview that his rage was comparable to or greater than how he was during World War Hulk.
Just because he is smart and rational doesn't mean he wasn't utterly furious - in fact your own scans state exactly that. Tony made the mistake of thinking that a smart Hulk couldn't be that angry. He was wrong.

Banner had no play in that showing since Doc Green isn't Banner, so I don't know why you said that. Later on it was revealed that he accepted it all, even the person who shot him with the bullet to the brain because without it, he wouldn't have been born. He just wanted answers from Tony, there was no anger in play during that scene.

For some odd reason I think that they're going to deep six the Sentry, or just use him one every few years. Marvel tends to get rid of guys that are too powerful to fit into teams. No one want to see the one man show type of thinking.
