My gf is totally down with our tandem costumes (Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable this year). She's completely pumped. We've even started talking about costumes for next year. I'm hoping to do Link & Zelda at some point (or Sheik; her choice). I've also been contemplating a Maverick costume (from Top Gun) for years. I'm not sure she'd be down with going as the Kelly McGillis character, but that wouldn't necessarily have to be tandem.

That's the end of my ideas/hopes for now, but I have a couple years to think of others to add to the list.

Actually, yeah, that would be the better tandem costumes.

But I don't half-ass things. I'm going to have pocket speakers for the costume, hidden under the clothing. And "Highway to the Danger Zone" is going to be playing on an infinite loop when I'm dressed up.

One Halloween a few years ago I went out as Hong Kong Phooey in the UK (this isn't me in the picture, but the look was almost identical ) The head was so massive it got jammed in the pub door, and someone thought it would be funny to test out their martial arts moves on me! My 'Hong Kong Book of Jung-Fu' wasn't much help as I got trampled on.
Still, I reckon HKF would give Thor a run for his money...
