Unless he lands a sucker punch, Samson's not winning. Evil side notwithstanding, since Ben routinely fights people who's every side is evil...

Yup, but even without his "unleashed" side he's still formidable when he's not unsure about himself. He admitted that he held back and doubted himself throughout his career as a hero.
