Outside of Wakanda, there's very little of it. In the 40's Cap's shield was the only known amount then. In Avengers:AOU there was a large stash, but it was stolen/black market vibranium.

Also the fact he killed Tony's parents, and may not feel like taking the time an effort to make him a suit out of the blue

I think Teth meant why doesn't Tony make the Ironman suits out of vibranium
