Comics and continuity, take each issue as a separate aspect of a loosely connected whole and you'll be fine. No such thing as true continuity has ever existed, all writers versions of each character exist simultaneously. All of them exist out there in comics somewhere, then as now. :-) Enjoy the issue forget the idea of continuity.

Diana's new look is actually OK, for me.
Those blades are most probably retractable.
The only thing they need to get rid of is that spandex covering her arms and legs.
