Again judging by his posture he was more of a diplomat than a fighter.
How is he going to grab a slice with no legs? Poof can just hold the box up high and legless Skorr won't be able to reach shit. Poof doesn't necessarily get an amp but it keeps his energy levels high when he eats pizza, and it shows that he has a lot of respect and responsibility in the Jedi Council as their official, trusted pizza collector.

He has no arms so if he's holding the box with his neck, there is somewhat of a chance of a slice or two falling out and landing on Tor's torso. Yareal's performance in pizza delivery is irrelevant to this fight, wihout arms he cannot properly secure the pizzabox. If he drops a slice it will amp Tol and its game over for Poof
