Because people always say I am mad and laughing about how mad I am. And I'm not. So I say that I'm not mad, but they keep saying that I am. If I started accusing you of being high all the time I'm sure you'd be like "but... I'm not high". But I keep saying that you are, and you keep saying that you're really not, so it gets kind of irritating after a while.
