Naah, a weaker, calm Hulk bypassed time stop. Also, Hulk is weak against magic as stated in the same comic. Strange using sorcery to achieve this doesn't take away from Hulk achievements.

How do we know time stopped? Because Black lightning couldn't move and his sentence stopped while Hulk was looking at him. What happened the next panel? Hulk turns around and charge the guy while time was stopped.

Remember, time stopped as stated on panel. The guy FROZE time as stated on panel but Hulk is still talking AND moving. The guy then blurts "you won't be STOPPED will you".

The guy then switch his attack to the aging ray which is stated on panel. I'm thinking about putting you on ignore. Why not since you ignore everything and never have an argument AND rely on respect threads as a debating source. Hulk stomps all.

Same hulk got time frozen in one of the Avengers issues.

Looked more like him possibly playing possum but that could be used. He has the fts where it works and it doesn't work. It depends. Still doesn't take away from my scan.

Yup how does he do this to a much faster being that can become intangible. Even if he hits him it will not hurt atom, he has not been hurt by physical means.
