Some of the things that would work on Superman would not work on Hulk. Hulk has the fts, like ripping Superman down on the molecular level. Superman doesn't have resistance fts to an attack like that, Hulk does. Turn Superman into stone, Superman doesn't have resistance fts, Hulk does unless you have scans.

Aging is not even close to what atom can do, he can literally change all of his atoms and make him into a bunny rabbit. How does hulk deal with the speed difference? How does he deal with the fact atom can time travel and kill banner before hulk ever existed. How does hulk touch him? How does hulk hurt him? How does hulk hurt someone who is much faster, can control time, can become intangible?

How do we know time stopped? Because Black lightning couldn't move and his sentence stopped while Hulk was looking at him. What happened the next panel? Hulk turns around and charge the guy while time was stopped.
Remember, time stopped as stated on panel. The guy FROZE time as stated on panel but Hulk is still talking AND moving. The guy then blurts "you won't be STOPPED will you".

I don't care about that. We had a debate about this and he is following me thread to thread commenting on the same thing so I answered him. Look at the other threads please. Also, Hulk is Hulk. I'm not limiting Hulk to one showing when the character is overall the same.
