I like holding grudges, they actually keep me warm at night especially when [insert] your mum joke[/insert]
But honestly I'm flattered, you think that I think about you so much I lose sleep, I put BW on ignore cos I felt his particular brand of idiocy was catching and I forgot about you, come on kmc, see that you've posted and just think "oh it's that choyo/ P'Tok/ baktag/ Ekee

Been tried several times with short lived, modest success at best. We have bounced the idea around a few times though.
We should do a kickstarter and actually buy the site or a part of the site. From there we can give out admin powers and responsabilities for those who are willing to spend time on it.

Hard to say. But yeah, there have been at least 2-3 attempts that I know of, and probably others I don't. If all the mods were on board and tried to make a real effort of it, we could probably make it happen. Because convincing the forum and diverting the necessary traffic is a FAR different task than convincing the dozen or so reading this thread. But that's the other part: this is all volunteer based. I'm on here for all of 10 minutes a day, give or take. Few are willing to band together for that kind of work when KMC is mostly just an afterthought for even regular or longtime posters.

Would still take approval from Raz, presumably. If we were kickstarting, we'd be better off just starting a new site.

Pretty much. But a non-mod started it, and many aren't aware of the forum structure, so discussions like these tend to pop up every now and then. The sentiment is good, but it's lacking a viable means of execution.
Originally posted by Sin I AMC Master and Delph both started sites that had interest early. From what I saw it was difficult keeping people from straying back to KMC. And with new sites everybody wants to be a mod. So you get people salty if they're not modded.

I've joined 4 or 5 new forums from KMC members, all with the same result of people going back to KMC, or another large forum site.

so it's really a pointless discussion. Even though we have to non active mods on here.
