Retarded. They threw pop songs into it for the first half that did not match the film at all (because they were trying to be cool and hip like Guardians of the Galaxy) and there were new characters introduced through the first half every 5 minutes. There's no real peril or tension with any of the characters. The plot doesn't really make any fu#king sense. Joker and Harley Quinn served no purpose but for advertising to get butts in seats. But Will Smith's character is decent and would have made a pretty good solo movie. So yeah, you'd be wise to skip it.

Oh, but it did have Academy Award winning make-up and hairstyling, though. Obviously.

I will say this about the movie, I thought the way they spelled everyone's name correctly in the credits sequences was commendable.

At least there were no "Why did you say that name?!" level awful scenes.

I also feel the guy who recorded the sound did a good job.

It was awful. I thought it was worse than BvS and that movie truly sucked.

Yeah but they spelled "Suicide Squad" correctly.

Shut up. "Batman V Superman" is cool because Zack Snyder thinks so.

its a comedy, somewhat less than Guardians of The Galaxy

Shit movie. Animated version "Escape from Arkham" was much better.

Lawton could have killed Waller and Flag well before they could trip the bombs.

Even calling this a bad version of the animated SS movie is kind of a complement, not that it really had a chance to compare in quality thanks to WB... Oddly enough, the Joker in the animated movie had that same kind of minor role (mostly being there for Harley), but he wasn't nigh complete dogshit like Leto's, and the Joker versus Deadshot parts were great, which we didn't get in the live action.

The sequel could start filming May 2018

^ Going by his and David Ayer's comments it seems like they will be more sensible with the villain/threat for the sequel.

The Joker also needs to be recast too, If they use him again.

^ I doubt Jared Leto will want to reprise the roll.

It's worth watching even if only for Cara Delevigne tbh. I just hope they improve the sequel a lot

I'd be more amused if they used better examples tbh.

Yeah, Mickey Rourke for Marv would be a nice addition. Anybody could do Sam Jackson's Nick Fury. Johnny Depp for Jack Sparrow should be on there. Ron Perlman for Hellboy.
