You do not know at what level the output of the optic blasts would be so you cannot use thor tanking an optic blast, the feats dont translate because cyclops output is always at different levels depending on the situation/comic.
I have shown 3 instances that prove orion can destroy planets.

What if in the scan it states that he is going all out? You do know the guy you hate (Hulk) has tanked Cyclops optic going all out optic blast, right?

Still different instances, cyclops optic blast is always at different levels and even at times when he is stated to be going all out he does not go the level he did hitting juggernaut. This is only a feat that can be used for juggernaut in my opinion.
Also no other scan backs up cyclops scan, orion has 2 other scans that back up his planet busting ability.

Thor is no slouch but i feel that orion will use his weapons more wisely than thor, orion is also faster and has game changing power in his astro force.

So these scans are new? Also, Thor scans is canon and it's legit.
It does not matter i just countered those with other scans, that is how debating works, classic thor is at a different power level then current so i don't know why you are using him. I have not used my scan of ORION TAKING ON A BEING WHO CAN DESTROY SOLAR SYSTEMS AND ONE SHOTTED MARTIAN MANHUNTER AND HAL JORDAN. If you want to use those thor scans after i just debunked them i am find with using the orion scans above.
The version of thor in this fight is the newest incarnation of thor(that had mjolnir) you can't use classic thor because his power level is different.
If you want to use that scan i am fine with crushing you with mantis scans.

Gotcha. With that said, your old scans doesn't count since Orion has been nearly dropped by Doomsday with a tank and boulder and The General mud stomped him. With that said, Thor still stomps.

With that said...Thor strength fts are better. He overpowered the weight of a neutron star. He has damaged Celestials, damaged Galactus.
His durability fts are better. He withstood attacks from an enraged Odin. Withstood attacks from Galactus, Celestials, etc...
His power output is better. He was able to shoot a hole straight through Chaos King...
A universal abstract. One of the most powerful beings in Marvel. With that said, the only thing we are debating here is speed and Orion speed fts isn't that great.
And to add icing to the cake, Thor blows on Gorr was shattering planets light years away with a swing of his arm.
With that said, Orion doesn't hold a single advantage, not one. Let's not forget this beauty...Thor punch a hole clean through Galactus skull.
