Eh, Vos upgrades during the series, but we have a number of points of reference for Vos. Vos and K'Krukh were about even.
Wrecking Vos is great, but the one event doesn't even really put him on, say, Fisto level.

Which two are you thinking of? One I can think of had him amped by three masters...
And he did at least become more consistent later.

He killed one of them but the other shocked him with an electrostaff at the end. Individually, they have given Aayla Secura and Tholme even fights, so accounting for all the factors riding against Vos in that fight I'd say it's a pretty impressive feat.
I'm still unsure as to how Vos is inconsistent.
