No way is he a mere step lower than Kenobi. 6 is more accurate imo. He's an above average/high Jedi Master, but not even council level.

This is what I think. Kenobi and Maul are 8.5s, to me, while Vos is just a 7.

He was likely around a 6 when Kolar wrecked him, which leads me to believe Kolar is somewhere in tier 8.

Yeno you can't really apply a number to judge duelists. That is a highly inaccurate and close minded way of judging fighters because just saying "oh this guy is a 8.5 and this guy is just an 8, therefore he looses" you are missing an insane amount of factors that go into a figgt

I didn't ever say that "X beats Y because he's 0.5 tiers better". I have a way of ranking raw skill, but when I compare two individual fighters I obviously consider more than a number. The tiering system is a good gauge, but obviously there is more to a fight than just raw skill.
