Exar Kun wins, his powers are far beyond Vader's, Force Blast is far from his only power and Vader is no expert on Sorcery.
Telekinesis? Kun has shrugged off a Sever Force attack from the technique's most experienced practitioner.
He was effortlessly bubbling against starfighter attacks whilst casually walking.
He has never been TKd by anyone.
His strength feats are immense as are his speed feats.
He is acknowledged as one of the two greatest focal points of the Dark Side Luke ever faced, not Vader.
Kun's powers are supreme as he displayed with his drain feats and feats as a weak spirit.
Kun is stated to be more powerful than Marka Ragnos, Naga Sadow, Freedon Nadd, Tulak Hord, the exiles and more, perhaps most important is the fact he was more powerful than Vitiate fifty years before the Revan novel.
To be fair, Luke never considered his father a 'focal point of darkness.' Lucky for him he was right, because the 2nd death star wouldn't have gone so well for poor Luke had Vader been anything remotely resembling a focal point of darkness. Indeed, he was pretty grey for most of that fight...which actually crossed the line into the light, becoming Anakin and finding redemption. Exar Kun was never in any danger of redemption.

Faster than thought is obviously hyperbolic. Ulic's moved fast enough to appear in multiple places at once and that was far before his prime where Kun stalemated him. Vader's speed is also really inconsistent.
Just as hyperbolic as Kun saying his rage was amplfied by 1000x in TOTJ? Nice double standard there, and no it isn't hyperbolic Vader has better speed feats than Kun. Kun has moved in a blur and appeared to wield 6-7 lightsabers, Vader has moved fast enough to appear to teleport, moved fast enough to appear from thin air, deflected turret fire, deflected omnidirectional blaster fire, blitzed Roan Lands, fought faster than Ferus Olin could perceive, and has blitzed Jedi. Also Vader has appeared to be four places at once as well
He is plainly faster than Kun in combat speed
