A new Toho Godzilla movie

That looks like how a Godzilla movie should look like,,,,,,,,,,in the 70's.

he's suppose to go through 3 transformations.

Looking forward to this. I just wished Toho would hire some of the IDW writers to write the story of this movie.

I am a lifelong Godzilla fan and always will be ,I have at one point, owned every movie, and damn near every comic, aside from IDW's. That being said...

This looks ****ing horrible. Literally, this literally looks loke they dug up both Showa era equipment and suits. I havent researched this movie at all so maybe I am missing something and this is purposefully done to be a throwback or something.

Is it just me or does it seem like they are copying Gareth Edwards visual style some? The way the camera pulls back and those large background shots..

I dont know. Happy for anything Godzilla but, I really feel like this money was put together with cash that anfewnrich guys had in their pockets drinking sake at a buy me drinky bar.

When did they do that?

From what I recall they've been very happy with what Legendary accomplished.

They didn't ridicule Legendary's design, That was mostly the Japanese fans calling it a fat Godzilla.

That's like with AMC with The Walking Dead, The show get's shown here and we can buy the DVD's of the seasons when they get released.....but nope we can't watch it on the AMC site before then.

I hear some spoilers have been released regarding the new take on Godzilla and folks on the internet have been giving it hate

yet they haven't actually seen the movie itself.

Looks kind of like they were shooting for a Cloverfield vibe. I suppose that's better than the stupid Power Rangers thing they did in Final Wars.
