My friends who have seen this guy do say a lot of what he said sounded like me on a barrage when I am out on a pub. I just talk about everyday things that might annoy me .When we get to see Carlins, his material is kind of YAWN already covered those parts ourselves. We have fun with it ourself but from a stand up comedian you expect him/ her to be a little bit more constructive than some avvarage joe on a pub

well you have to remember, he's been around since the late 70's, he was the first comedian that i know of to really have that type of humor like you said. and like i said, he's said pretty much all the things you just said.

He aint too well known over here, and I have been the way I am long before I ever heard of him. After we got to know of him we are amased about his common originality.
