Anakin Skywalker vs Darth Nihilis

Specify which quote you'd like? I'm assuming one for canderous, but i'm so sure.

What i am and was trying to say, was that Nihilius' drain did not come into play against a Non-force sensitive like Canderous. that is a fact.

Yes, that is correct bantha, but that's After he destroys the enclave on Katar along with the entire Miraluka colony. he didn't decide to spare her when he was draining the planet. Once again, this is a fact.

In closing. Mandalore survived an engagement with Darth Nihilius, yet he has no defenses against the force. Visas survived Nihilius destroying Katar while Jedi Masters, Members of the Council and Miraluka all died. Despite not having any defense against such an ability and being a normal force senstive. Once again, this is all facts.

Mandalore survived because Nihilus attempted the drain on Meetra and was burned for it. He'd be an idiot to use the attack again in her presence when she could easily weaken him further. Visas survived because he wanted her to.

These are all facts.

I want a quote specifically stating he wanted it "after" he destroyed the planet. You can't just deem shit facts if they are educated speculation.

No... nothing supports that statement.

Because it's specified that Katar was dead, everything was wiped, Visas herself says that "I was the only living thing remaining on the planet of Katar" She survived the assault and afterwords, nihilius found her. here's the quote.

"I still wonder what would have happened if i had died with the others... if perhaps there would have been some way to hide my presence from the galaxy. if only i had not.... felt that pain, that lost. as strongly as i did. But it could not be undone, when the life was bled from the planet. and yet, somehow. I remained. My master came for me. He walked upon the surface of my dead world, and there, lying in the bodies of my race, he took me as his own."

You're not implying he chose to spare her beforehand are you? just curious

So, you don't have a canonical statement? Okay.

You just got it, from the only witness on there.... 😐

You mean after he tried to feed on the Exile and badly injured himself?

So you're telling me that while destroying the surface of a planet and eating its population, including hundreds of Jedi, he managed to miss a single girl?

Wow, this guy must be some kind of huge pussy. I can see why you think so little of him.

No where does it say he didn't plan on taking her as her own before he arrived on the planet.

So? he didn't feed on Sion, nor Kreia, nor Mandalore. what's ya point?

Oh? please tell me how someone who could rip the life of an entire planet, a civilization and the Jedi Council/Masters. missed an untrained Miraluka? I'd like to hear it. i genuinely mean that.

If he wanted to kill her he would have twisted her head off when he found her. He clearly did want her as an apprentice, so why couldn't he have wanted her before the attack as well as after? Possibly there was no specific reason for him to spare her. He could have just spared a single person at random. Or maybe he felt her force potential and wanted her in particular.

We also never see him try to. 🙂

We've seen him feed on Katarr and the Exile onscreen. That's it.

Try harder little man. 👆

"I asked him why he had spared me. And although he said nothing, I suddenly knew the answer. It was because he wanted my people, at last, to see."

So there is, in fact, evidence that he spared her willingly.

"Oh but that was only after she managed to survi-"

Prove it.

Because that's bull and you know it Neph. His hunger overcomes every other sense:

Visas Marr: "And those who feel the force strongly are beacons to his hunger. My people, my planet, would have been attacked in time, it was inevitable, yet we could nothing about it "

Meetra Surik: "Why did your master attack Katar?"

Visas Marr: " The Jedi, the last council of the Jedi, came to our world to meet in secret. They hoped that perhaps among our people they could achieve clarity to "see" what was striking them from the darkness. They succeeded.... but only in bringing him from the outer regions. And Katar, with my kind, with the jedi upon it's surface. Could no longer be ignored. And my people died. And the Jedi died. and there was no one left. Only me "

everything died with the exception of Visas. what states otherwise? what remotely supports that he actually wanted her alive?

And he fails to Kill Sion in cut-content, he fails to kill Kreia "onscreen" to. what's your point?

Easy, he didn't know of her until after. here's the quote

"I still wonder what would have happened if i had died with the others... if perhaps there would have been some way to hide my presence from the galaxy. if only i had not.... felt that pain, that lost. as strongly as i did. So let's recap. attacked the planet, Visas survived and afterwords he took her to his ship, mended her wounds "showed her" All this after he attacked the planet as the quote states.

So, he came to the world specifically looking for her? 👆

Because she was the only living thing on Katar and was a "beacon" 👆

There and then is where he spared her, not before. after.

😬

If his hunger overcomes any other sense..... why didn't he eat her afterwards? Why doesn't he eat the people on his ship? I'm pretty sure that he can consume the feast that was Katarr and not be at all bothered by sparing one person.

I'm not sure what you mean by that last thing. Yes, everything died with the exception of Visas. Because he spared her. There is no otherwise, that's just that facts that occurred.

What even is the argument over how Visas survived if Nihilus didn't spare her? That she was too powerful? The Jedi collected there were "of the most powerful Jedi" in the entire Order.

"Fails" lol.

Sion is first of all virtually immortal, as I'm sure you know. Anakin isn't, so who cares?

As for Kreia, I do not know why he spared her. But spare her he did. After easily overpowering her and stripping the Force from her he was content to watch as Sion beat up an old woman.

"Didn't" is not synonymous with "couldn't".

Your red herrings are getting boring. Make an actual argument or leave.

Easy, he didn't know of her until after. here's the quote

Nowhere in your post is it mentioned or even implied that Nihilus didn't know of her until after. The best you could do is argue that her thought that being able to "hide (her) presence from the galaxy" might have allowed Nihilus to miss her.

But she mentions the galaxy in the quote later at the end, when he forced her to see it and made her "wish to die".

The hiding she referred to was hiding from the galaxy that Nihilus showed her.

Try again.

Canderous was obviously too powerful for Nihilus' hunger.

Kreia says that was his last shred of humanity left or that perhaps he was linked to Visas there and then.

The fact remains. Visas's agony and anguish were all that were left. Quote...again

Visas: "I was the only living thing remaining on the planet of Katarr...and my life, my agony, was a flicker in the darkness that was that planet all that i had been connected to was severed."

Meetra Surik: "You were the only survivor?"

which is followed by the text that i already quoted, which i will post again for your convenience:

"I still wonder what would have happened if i had died with the others... if perhaps there would have been some way to hide my presence from the galaxy. if only i had not.... felt that pain, that lost. as strongly as i did. But, I'm done indulging in this conversation. Like it or not, several points prove that Nihilus spared Visas after he attacked the planet and "came for her" because she was a flicker in the darkness, that he, drawn to. why? because she was a force senstive, a powerful as well if she broke his control over her.

What even is the argument over how Visas survived if Nihilus didn't spare her? That she was too powerful? The Jedi collected there were "of the most powerful Jedi" in the entire Order.

And she survived. Miraculously. perhaps she was strong, or probably not. that's not the argument. the argument i'm trying to make is Nihilus' power has been resisted more than once. Visas being an example of this. that is all.
