Time, actually, you're probably the best placed to take Delph on, as Mags.

I'm going underground at go. If you want to slag the surface go right ahead. You still have to find me to attack me and you won't have the knowledge of my powers and my plan going into this fight. I'm stating what I plan to do when we're all already on the battlefield. You wouldn't have any prior knowledge of that going into the fight, and you're not all seeing so you'd have no idea what I was doing. You'd just see dots along the West Coast.

As a comparison, Jay Garrick, the slowest of the Flashes, tops out around Mach 10, I'd say, with the Speed Force. Without it, he was Mach 1. He's tricky with his powers, inventive, not as good as Wally, but he's no dumb slouch.

And we have him as a Low Herald.

Jay isn't restricted to mach ten at all. Not sure where your getting that Idea from. His speed was considerably lowered when Wally entered the speed force but upon his return so did his speed. Jay in terms of power is capable of just under light speed. When stealing speed (he is the only DCU speedster who can aside from Wally) he can exceed it just. The thing is due to his age he can't maintain it for any length of time without risking a heart attack. He has blitzed guys like Black Adam who are far above mach 10.

Given that I can locate you easily, what keeps me from taking a fly and kill you before you can start building something?

Let's say if this speedster get away. Runs to the other side of the planet. Well, I have planetary level weather manipulation. I can freeze the entire planet (storm doesn't do this because she is afraid of letting lose...I will not hold such weaknesses) until he freeze to death and I can do this with ease. People that can port needs to provide proof that they can do it at faster than thought speed. People with high end durability will get sucks up in a tornado. My only problem is Magneto due to his shields and abilities to absorb my lightning. One metal spike to the head would probably kill me so I am looking for a tactic.
Magneto isn't low Herald though, so he doesn't count.

Are you in the US, and do you have a means of transportation that will allow you arrive at my exact location instantly? You start where you live, not where I live, and you didn't choose teleportation or magic, you chose Constantine's ability to be in the right place at the right time and improve his luck, which could just as likely mean that you being as far away from me as possible is the right place for you to be to keep you alive. Last time I checked you didn't live in my condo.

In that case, if true (I've forgotten, so may well be the case) that would be the cap on h1, I guess!

Lol...no. I said my "first" attack is faster than thought. The rest is what I will do once the attack goes off or if the opponent leaves the battlefield.
