The rest, I don't know what Blair is doing. Some are saying we have no experience with the powers and others are saying something entirely different.

Seen Galan. So the experience Max have, you do not have them. Wherever he started off with his abilities, I'm pretty sure it wasn't global. It took time to get where he was.

I'll join the speedster brigade along with Abhi(Max Mercury) and H1(Quicksilver). I'll take Makkari's speed. Along with his red spandex. 😛

I'll join them at a speedster's conference sippin tea and taking my sweet time, because not even a micro-second has passed and I've already sipped gallons worth of tea and have gone to the bathroom at least a few dozen times.

You're not a noob with you're power. You get granted the knowledge on how to utilize it. However you are not Emma Frost or Charles Xavier with their accumulated experiences in utilizing Telepathy. If something were to take extreme precision and skill and was something only one person in comics was able to accomplish because they have had their powers for years, the others in the thread could call you on the fact that you probably wouldn't be able to accomplish it.

I wanted an even playing field, not someone spamming X character scans and stating that because they can do it, I can do it too - but that feat having been pretty epic/extremely precise because they have had tons of experience and wasn't something another Telepath (using TP's has an example) would have been able to do without tons of practice.

And Galan is correct: he asked for Global-Level TP. He's not saying he's Max, but that he would possess Global-Level TP from the onset.

I'm NOT worried about Galan. He has to go through billions of minds to find me and numerous of powerful telepaths 'that would sense him and counter'. I'm still taking to the skies, freezing earth and creating as much hell on it as possible.
