Alright! As there will be no BZ, I have decided to post my strategy here. Sure, people will subsequently modify their strategies and start coming after me, but hopefully it wouldn’t detract too much from what I’ve tried to do with a D-list joke street level villain.
My strategy is not too different from earlier, on Page 11. I have modified it because obv new people have joined, and have stated their intentions to attack me. Moreover, I only went after Delph initially because he was the only one really playing at the time. Otherwise, I have not changed too much because I feel it would be using prior knowledge.
*DING*, the bell rings. I IMMEDIATELY open a portal under me, and close it behind me. No telepath is getting me, Style, because of my ace in the hole. Golgo13, also a telepath, and on my team (I’ve PM’d him, and he has reaffirmed his loyalty from earlier in the thread). So even IF you somehow manage to isolate me, and attack me BEFORE I slip into the SpotWorld, you’d have been stalemated by an equally powerful telepath.
Celey, I know you were gunning for me. Even if you managed to find me, I live in one of (if not) the largest, most populated cities in the country. Finding me before I slip in? Throwing a knife? I’ve managed to do this to a serious Spiderman, using ‘his best right hook’, at short range:
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b52/qwirtle/Spider-Man589014_zps6bada220.jpg
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b52/qwirtle/Spider-Man589015_zpsa201736d.jpgLike Gaara's sand shield, my spots will shift to protect me.
So you’re more likely to knife yourself. Not to mention, Digi is affecting the gravity/changing the streets, making it even more confusing to find me. I wouldn’t try attacking me.
Safe in the SpotWorld, Style is my next target. Always was, even before he wanted to attack me, due to his telepathy. I attack him, using my blood drain attack:
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b52/qwirtle/Daredevil18_005_zpsf8ff3111.jpg
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b52/qwirtle/Daredevil18_006_zps25de6d2c.jpgNote, I’m not even in the room. I merely opened a portal into your bloodstream, and drained it all out.
Proof it was the Spot – Daredevil managed to use that fact to deduce the killer’s identity:
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b52/qwirtle/Daredevil19_010_zps45f00910.jpgThen, I go over to Reflasssh. Pick him up. And I now have the luckiest guy in the world.
Let’s go get those speedsters. They’re actually the easiest to take out – using the devices, all I need to do is watch where the 50 mile circles move. The speedsters will always be at the centre.
I use the blood drain tactic on them as well. You can’t out run it, as it’s inside your body, part of you.
Carver. Oh Carver. I could snap your neck like this:
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b52/qwirtle/Daredevil_01_0008_zpsc001630d.jpgBut I won’t. Blood drain. Or just open a portal in your head. Or leave a piece of metal inside you. Or take your limbs off. Or leave you in space.
And as I have shown, I can do this from the safety of Spot World. No bad weather. No speedsters. No telepaths – you don’t have dimension spanning telepathy, and even if you did, the blood drain is so sudden you wouldn’t have time to use your brain. For Sin, I port her to space. She’ll live, of course, adaptive evolution and all that, but she has no teleportation (she doesn’t have Darwin’s experiences, ESPECIALLY the fight with WWH). When Darwin is in space, he did this:
http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b52/qwirtle/marvelteamup024010ke0_zps403fd4b6.jpgSo Sin will do the same. Alone, drifting in space, unable to do anything. She’ll live, of course.
Of the others, I do the same. Blood drain. Bboks, SpawningPool et al; if they have blood, they don’t any more.
And this is why Digi would do well to keep me safe:

If the fight ever goes south for him, 'Door'.

Beautiful tactic Dark. Would anyone be able to identify where I am at since I am in the depths of space attacking?
I have Reflassh. I chose to ally with him for a reason.
When he and I are safe in SpotWorld, I will ask him where I should open my next attack. As his goals are my goals (the reduction of players), he will choose randomly in the 50 mile radius, and we will attack.
Unlike Nightcrawler, who has to visualise where his attack will be, the Spot has NEVER had to do the same - he doesn't make mistakes. So if he wants to create a portal on someone's chest, it happens, it's not as if he has to tiptoe quietly.
But to boost my chances, Reflasssh is with me.
Edit: btw, you're NOT in the depths of space. The art clearly shows clouds forming around here, which necessitates an atmosphere. Unless you're going to claim Storm can breathe in space? But even so, I can still drain you.

I can't argue against this. Nice setup. Isn't this a last man standing type of setup?

Yup. There are still loads of players left - Id, Digi, Delph, Golgo, Reflasssh, and me.
Golgo said this was not really his thing, so I'm not going to force him to play. I only asked if he would help in the initial millisecond, as he had said yes to an alliance.
Once Style is dead, its up to him if he wants to continue playing, or just bow out and watch. Same with Reflasssh. I wouldn't attack them, and of course, I am hoping they wouldn't attack me. But as Reflasssh doesn't really have any offensive powers, especially not to take down a Brother Eye/weaponised Mega City One/whatever the hell Delph is doing, I'd caution him not to get rid of me.
Plus, if it came down to the last two, him and I, then I would like to think I would win. Of course, he knows (or should know) that its last man standing, so at some point, if its just us two, we will fight.
Digi, know that of course, at some point, we too will have to fight. That is PHASE 2.

I've asked for Digi's protection, from speedsters. Whilst I have no doubt in my mind that I can tank a speedster's attack, I had already asked to ally with Digi (I really like Hawksmoor's powers). So I am not attacking Digi, not in Phase 1. It would not hurt for him to help me, just in case, as all of my plans relied on being able to slip into the SpotWorld - as it always has been.
As for Delph, Digi is going for him. I may join in later, but for me, the telepaths and the speedsters are my first priority. Then you and Time and the others.

Of course. But I don't see giving you extra time as benefiting you a ton. I'll happily take the reduction in competition.
Realistically, Delph should be my top priority. The 50-mile bubble strategy I outlined is still in affect, and Delph is the first person I'm going after. Even if he leaves San Francisco, his GPS will still be working. He can't hide from me, and I'm not allowing him to go nuts with building stuff.
You guys are all frozen as far as we speedsters are concerned. Once it begins, ya'll won't even know what hit you.
After training with a race of speedsters from the planet Grosgumbeek, Makkari learned to move at light speed. I don't know why you guys think we won't reach any of you because to us, the world is frozen.
Makkari travels from his apartment(NY), to Avengers mansion(NY), to his Eternal HQ Olympia(Antarctica), while the world stays frozen.
You guys are already dead... And you won't even know it.

If something were to take extreme precision and skill and was something only one person in comics was able to accomplish because they have had their powers for years, the others in the thread could call you on the fact that you probably wouldn't be able to accomplish it.I wanted an even playing field, not someone spamming X character scans and stating that because they can do it, I can do it too - but that feat having been pretty epic/extremely precise because they have had tons of experience and wasn't something another Telepath (using TP's has an example) would have been able to do without tons of practice.
So your extreme speed abilities stem from your training, which no other speedster had. I doubt you'd be allowed it. What's Makkari's speed level BEFORE the training?

Now in regards to his light speed ability, Runner actually stated that the ability was pretty much in him and that the mental barriers that somewhat limited him are now gone.

But that's why I posted Blair's ruling. HOW he obtained it, IS pretty important.

Qucksilver has been stated to outrace radio waves. So moving at around light speed is not a one off type of speed feat. If he was going so fast and then did something ridic like travel to the stone age(or some other crazy shiet) then that would be something I consider not valid. At least that's how I took the rule to be... shrug
Fair enough. I PERSONALLY don't think lightspeeders to be Low Herald, but meh.

Speed Force is haxx and broken. I'd give someone super speed, the ability to survive the speed, increased reaction time, etc. At a cap appropriate for Low Herald.
As for Sin:

That's been debunked
