The question of Speed keeps getting brought up. Lightspeed is definitely off the table, but I'm not quite sure what level of speed is appropriate for Low Herald that can be both competitive, but not "everyone is frozen forever while I sip a latte and kill you all".
Jay and Makkari both are on the Low Herald listing, but from the scans I've seen on Makkari on this thread, everyone is a statue to him. Is that his common speed?

That means carver might actually have to read some other companies apart from Marvel...
Carv, you can use any WEather Manip feats and showings, as an example of 'this wis how I'd do it', but capped at Low Herald. So don't start using Thor's attacks against Glory lol.
With the change Blair put into place, that helps me more than anything. So I have weather manipulation powers. I can use fts from characters that possess said ability as long as said character is low Herald.

Look at my post above. I didn't argue on the topic any longer and countered it with a way I was going to attack. If Reflash has Superboy TK,I'm pretty sure he gets the fts that comes with that. Then you explained it to me (or was it you)...that Black Lanterns aren't extremely durable. Plus, Storm has also used her powers in the sense of hurting High Heralds as well. That's how much control she has over said abilities and if you think about it, low Heralds, hell, even metas can damage High Heralds.

This is what I got from Blair comment. So I can use fts from Disaster as evidence since his abilities mimics my capabilities. I manipulate weather, so does he and is doing just that in the scans I posted. I see nothing wrong with what I did. Reflash chose Superboy TK, so if I asked him for fts of what he is blurting out, I'm expecting some Superboy scans.
Like I said, I'm not quibbling your pick - I am just finding it hilarious how quick you were to change your stance once it benefited you.
I don't mind you using DCnU Disaster - his weather power output is nothing that we haven't already seen from Storm. Not to mention, you can do nothing to me, whereas I can EASILY kill you.
