In a random encounter MoS would wreck them, but giving Tony a year of prep can make a massive difference IMO. To me, MCU Tony is easily one of the most intelligent comic book movie characters we have seen so far. The guy became an expert in nuclear physics over night, builds arc reactors in caves, invented a new element etc.

Not really sure what Spidey brings to the party though. The movie versions of Peter never really impressed me that much with their smarts. I mean they were clever, but not Stark clever. Hulk could be a factor though, if Tony can come up with a way to neutralize the massive speed difference between Bruce and Clark.

I need to think more about this one before I can make a final judgment.
