The fact that the Preds have been hunting on Earth for a very long time and would probably come across the vamps before now.
Sides opening Thread Op. Eddie don't got his "Super Speed".
Their weapons could crack even his thick rock hard head.

Dutch in the first Predator film was able to camouflage himself in mud and that made him invisible to the predator's vision. It looked like it was because it masked his heat signature. Considering that Edward isn't hot, doesn't even have living organs in him, it's questionable whether the preds can actually see him.
Oh, right. He'd basically look like a stone.

That's actually a very good point. So then where do we stand? The preds may not actually see Ed because of his lack of heat. They also probably would not be able to sneak up on him due to his senses. His telepathy may or may not work..and even so..we don't know how it works with beings whose language he doesnt understand. How does is mind reading work? Do the preds "think" in their native tongue?Anyway without his speed, he is at a severe disadvantage of their plasma cannons. If he got up close i think he would rip them apart but can he get close is the question.
Edward's mind-reading abilities are high-level. He can read low-level thoughts that do not involve language. An example of this is a fight with an expert vampire fighter, Jasper. Jasper is not thinking, "I'm going to punch his right temple at a 30 by 170 degree angle." And then Edward reacts to it. Instead, Jasper thinks about doing something and Edward can "see" it with his telepathy and avoids it. He was able to stalemate Jasper in a fight due to his telepathy.

That's a whole lot of assumptions. We don't know that Preds saw vamps before. We don't know that they'll even recognize Edward for what he is. Until concrete proof is given, I'd think it's safer to say that the preds will either mistake Edward for a normal human or that they might not even see him.

I am just going to go with the assumption that that logic can go both ways.
