i see cap using a neck snap for a 1V1 against alien. the molecular acid would eat the metal but only a small part as cap would learn that from inflicting minor wounds on the alien and would realise how follish it would be to cut the damn thing up.
whilst speed definitely goes to cap i see the pr3dator puching for cap, cap blocks it, predator later does the same move but feigns and takes away the sheild. possiblly using against rogers

Going H2H with an Alien is suicide for Cap.

You're joking right? I could see him decaping one with his shield, maybe, but going H2H would be suicide. Aliens are faster, more agile, more durable, likely stronger, and armed with claws, teeth, and a tail.

Faster? I've never seen an Alien run like Cap did and that was him on an off day
More Agile? Nah. They have the advantage in tight corridors since they can use the walls as a means of travel, but out in the open, they're kind of just there
More durable? No way. Cap took a Chitauri rifle, all it did was a first degree burn. Then there's all those falls, hits, bullets and stabbings.
Stronger? No way. Cap has several strength feats that show us his power, the Xenos, not so much.
Natural weapons? Yes, definitely goes to the Xenos
Intelligence/Tactics? Def goes to Cap
So you see, Cap has many more advantages.

Ummm so do the Xenos if you remember correctly. In all the alien movies...They have been shown to casually lift grown men into the air. Sometimes keeping them suspended in mid air while in their mouth. We see this happen over and over again in all the movies.. The lift grown men casually and with ease. We also have in Aliens.. The Alien ripping Bishop in half, as again, he's holding him up in mid air. We saw how durable a robot was in the first Alien movie... It took multiple shots to the head from a blunt object and it didn't faze him. He was overpowering grown men with ease. So the robots are obviously pretty durable and bishop would've been even more advanced by the time of Aliens. Anyways he was ripping in half with utter ease. That is greater than anything Cap has been shown doing to anybody.
Durability is a tricky one... It's almost like their acid for blood should count towards their durability. I mean I wouldn't want to cut or pierce it.. which would eliminate things I could do to it.
Speed is another tricky one.. We never really see them in full sprint so it's hard to say.
