Seems there is two stories. And the stories that paint him in a bad picture sound like complete shit. This guys has tons of awards and commendations.

Also, I had heard there was a new Fox segment on this story so I Googled his name and this was on the first page of results (as sorted by last 24 hours). That's how I got here.

Seriously though TI, you can't say, "All these people who only heard about him say he's a hero and he has awards!!!" then look at the men who actually worked with him and served under him and saw what he was like first hand and go "Sounds like shit. People lie."

Ok so your telling me this guy deserves to go to jail for this bullshit for 20 years? As a LT on the ground tough calls had to me made. While I was in Iraq people in my company had cars that charges their checkpoints after all counter measures were applied. Not once did they get charged with murder.
