Yes, BvS will be the end of Superman. After they get their laugh, DC will sell the character to Disney/Marvel, where he will be tormented forever; being forced to listen to Spider-Man's jokes, cut to pieces by Wolverine, eaten by Hulk, etc.

I'm assuming you are a Spidey fan but I don't get how you can like Batman when a good portion of a comic fanbase thinks Batman can actually beat him.
