i am always interested in talking to those who have served. i have a fel older mates (in there 30's) who are in the Australian SAS

Not much to tell, really.
The military's a lot of training, hurry up and wait, then balls to the wall, clean up, repeat. With the odd vacation thrown in.
Never met SAS, sadly.

yeah, with the australian military its more we will break you down then rebuild with labour and physicallity. the mental side they take very seriously
