I guess the biggest risk they're taking is if Sony still makes bad Spider-Man movies it might reflect bad on Marvel as well. But let's face it, do Marvel even have the time/resources to start making Spider-Man movies right now with everything else on their plate?

Yeah it's definitely Spider-Man when he's already Spider-Man.
Anyway the deal apparently only includes Cap:Civil War and the next Spider-Man solo movie for now:

All these "new young stars" I have no idea what they're talents are like...people seem to be nominating them juz on looks.
Both are pretty solid actors.
