Also, in the one you gave there were mountains outside the Seireitei wall, but the wall was larger then them.

By statements Seireitei is country or island sized; my ideas of how things look in Kubo's Manga have gone down, the guy can't draw to scale at all.
In the full view of this:
You see mountains outside the Seireitei wall, and they're smaller than the walls.
And unlike with Ichigo vs Aizen, those are real mountains.

We know that the walls are not mountain size. We have seen Ichigo next to them. Jirobu even lifted a gate the size of those walls.

Lol, Kubo is so inconsistent with his drawings, have you forgotten that? One moment Seireitei looks huge and the other it looks small.
