Super Smash Brothers-Who is the Strongest?

Depends on how you interpret the rescue feat. Samus crossed a large distance faster than it took blaster fire to travel a few feet. Depending on the distance and speed of the blasters it could be anywhere from low supersonic to high hypersonic.

High hypersonic would be closing in on triple digits. I'll have to look further into this.

Assuming Link gets beat by the Fodder and loses his Sword Ganon becomes effectively invincible.

This isn't really a free for all fight(a brawl if you will). It is mostly just a thread for comparison.

Speaking of which: Toon Link(the Hero of Wind I assume) vs Vanilla Link(who I guess is still TP but if you wanna say Skyward Sword that is fine too).

Ganondorf is at least as strong as OoT Link with the GG's.

Why would we assume that? I don't ever recall Ganondorf and OoT link physically wrestling in anyway.

As far as the game is concerned, it didn't seem like they could. Ganon would just rock him with his fists and bring down the foundations if you tried to get in his face.

As far as any canon scenario is concerned, I can't really say. I'm actually curious about that myself.

Yes. Ganon. Not Ganondorf. Ganon, in general just seems more powerful. After all, Link has Zelda, the sages, and Navi all help him defeat Ganonwhile he takes Dorf down on his own.

TP Link overpowered boar Ganon as well, so the point stands, even if Ganon were physically stronger, which is something never even alluded to.

Midna with the fused shadows was helping via magic arm.

Midna was on his back, Link was doing all the work.
