I'd have to go with Mundi, he fought a more powerful Grievous while exhausted where Windu struggled with a less skilled version

Mundi wins in a good fight

The version Windu fought also had suffered from a crushed chest and had his feet magneted to the ground. Windu would have been dead if he fought OCW Grievous while he was exhausted and Grievous was okay.

Ki-Adi-Mundi would be better suited to fighting Yoda.

Mace since grevious was never able to beat dooku in their spparing matches and mace isn't that far away from dooku so I mean grevious has no chance

Mace is one of the greatest lightsaber deulist and force weilders of all time ki adi is just sorta out there and he would have died in the first engagement with grevious if not for the clones
